They ran credit reports for accounts I didn't want or need, I went to open a checking and savings account NOT apply for auto loan, a credit card, and a line of credit. When I closed my account the man said I needed $40.00 to close it, went outside and paid WF $3.00 to use their ATM, then when I cam back in the man told me there was actually enough money in savings to cover the negative checking balance (I never used the account and it went $40.00 negative from all their fees). Horrible service, it took me 3 trips to close a simple checking account. They are not "restablished" -same horrible corporate culture with a bigger marketing budget to say they aren't horrible. They are. RIP WF 2019.
