  No AC horrible customer service long line out the door . I thought it was the county building instead of a bank ! Please do better ! Please train your tellers to have better attitudes! Hire more tellers so the lines aren’t out the door ! Please get an AC . Please turn on some music ! It was an awful and uncomfortable vibe in there and it makes the city of Ontario look bad

  Went to cash my check from work but since I had an expired I.D. I went to the DMV and got a receipt for my I.D. along with my old I.D. which I was told to do by another Wells Fargo location. I go to this location to hand over all forms of valid identification just to cash a check, I.D. with receipt that it was valid for 60 days while en route to me. Bank cards, Birth certificate, medical cards, etc. They wouldn't accept anything else that clearly proved it was me. I show them the receipt and my expired I.D. and they say, they can't except it because it doesn't have an expiration date and that there should have been another piece of paper with the document. I, end up having to go back to the DMV, and mind you this whole ordeal makes me late to going to another bank I am trying to open an account with. The DMV says that is the only paperwork they give for the renewed I.D.'s and that this Wells Fargo is ASKING FOR SOMETHING THAT DOESN'T EXIST!!! So, we leave the DMV for the second time that day, and go to the other Wells Fargo nearby who, guess what? ACCEPTS THE DOCUMENTS!!! The document clearly stated at the bottom in 2-3 sentences that the document expired in 60 days, and if I didn't receive my I.D. by then to contact the DMV. The other Wells Fargo happily takes the documents I have as they are all valid forms of identification. These people at this Wells Fargo are lazy and don't want to go the extra minute to help customers! All they needed to do was read the bottom of the document but, I guess the staff here CAN'T READ!?!? But, because they couldn't see a visible, blank stated expiration date, their brains must have shut off? So, I get my check cashed at another Wells Fargo, and wasting time with this specific location made me miss opening another account at a different bank. This bank obviously is not well informed with government identification because EVEN THE MANAGER DIDN'T KNOW WHAT TO DO!! This Wells Fargo had me running all over the I.E. just so I could cash my check! I can't wait to open another account elsewhere and get direct deposit so I never have to deal with this AWFUL BANK AND COMPANY EVER AGAIN!!! DO NOT BANK WITH THIS COMPANY!! ⚠️⚠️⚠️
