- LRLEEROSEE RAMIREZOct 27, 20251.0I came 10/27/2025 in customer service, seeing so many negative ratings of this branch, I would think about closing, I live a few kilometers away and I have to go to other branches because this one never has time for the customer, YOUNG WOMEN EARN. THE SALARY WRITING ON THEIR PHONES IS NOT AVAILABLE D I WENT TO MONTCLAIR AND THEY ATTENDED ME IMMEDIATELY MY HUSBAND AND I THOUGHT LET'S CHANGE TO CHESE FOR THIS WELL IT'S CRAPPY CUSTOMER SERVICE 3 IGNORANT OF LIFE AND I HAD TO GO TO MONTCLAIR FOR THEM TO ATTEND TO ME IT'S NOT EVEN WORTH IT DO THEM A FAVOR CLOSE THIS BRANCH THEY HAVE PURE NEGATIVE RATINGS ON GOOGLE WHERE THEY DO NOT EVEN TAKE INTO ACCOUNT THE INCONVENIENCES OF THE USER CLOSE THEY WOULD DO THAT FAVOR FOR THE COMMUNITY PURE INEFFICIENT PEOPLE DO NOT EVEN SUBTRACT.

- JTJared TovesSep 19, 20251.0If I could leave 0 stars I would. Wells Fargo subscribes to the predatory practice of taking money from people when they don’t have any. I had a short bit of financial lack, and during this time Wells Fargo decided that although I had no money to put in my account… that I should be charged for not having any money in my account. I was given the option later (which was not disclosed to me) that the account can have a stop put on it which I was not advised about. Why would they? They just want to prey on people when they are down. I was then contacted by someone at corporate who advised that the stop account is not a real thing and that I was given wrong information from one of their “customer service” employees. I was charged around $400 roughly in “overdraft fees” which they might as well call a poor tax. Then when I finally was able to start receiving money again the money I received was just there to cover my new negative balance. This should honestly be illegal and is a predatory practice if I’ve ever heard of one. I am extremely disappointed that for a bank that I did not choose (but has been my bank for my entire life… literally my parents created the account before I was born) there is no loyalty. There is no care, there is only sorry that’s just the way it is. Highly disappointed for so many reasons. I hope anyone who sees this steers clear of this train wreck of an “institution”
