She’s helped me out through many many instances that I had made for credit union services and this last one was my HELOC and she was exceptional and helping me to get that I really appreciate her and I feel like she’s a very, very good employee and to the credit union.

Paveena is one of the nicest people you will ever meet. She had helped me with opening my account, loans and even opening my kids accounts so we can save for school or what ever they want to do. She is honest and helps you out anyway she can. She is really like family. This branch is small, but it feels like home. You get to know all the people and they greet you by your name. They always have promotions if you refer someone or on the holidays they have different ones if you buy stuff online and etc. Thank you to all the staff, but mainly Pavenna, she is a gem and I will only do my business with her.
