Both individuals were extremely helpful, professional, and friendly. We walked in the door and were immediately greeted. We waited less than a minute before we were asked what we needed. Our father had recently passed away and we needed to get an additional sibling added to the trust account as a trustee. Not only did we accomplish that, but Cristian indicated he felt the trust paperwork needed to be converted from revocable to irrevocable. There was a lot of work involved in doing this on his part. He completed it and apologized several times for the length of time it took to complete the documentation. These days I've had to get used to less than good service in so many areas when I go to businesses. This was not the case at the Rancho Del Oro Branch of Wells Fargo. I don't use Wells Fargo for my banking. Only reason I was there was because my father banked there. I live in WI. If I lived in Oceanside, CA I'd be moving ALL my banking needs to this branch. Outstanding service! What treat it was to experience that these days.
