Unfortunately, we were scammed by buying puppies online, we were promised 2 baby Yorkie puppies to arrive at our doorstep through a “dog delivery agency” it was very disappointing and even embarrassing when we were describing our situation to Caroline, but she did not judge or hesitate to help us file a claim, she listened to us and took so much of her time to do anything and everything in her power to help us. We were very grateful to have crossed paths with her. Thank You Caroline & God Bless!
