If i deposited a penny, you still need my id. Absolutely ludicrous. Whats the need to track individuals on a CORPORATE business? Safe to say i will never personally be doing business with Wells Fargo. Looks like you guys are having fun being the worst rated bank of all time, keep it up guys! 👏👏👏
- DSdavid steinJan 30, 20241.0Mr. Scharf I am a long time customer. Typically I maintain deposits of $200,000 in my various accounts. I'm compelled to write about the extremely poor customer service the bank has provided to me lately. I was unable to find tools online to issue advance instructions on cs renewal. After the cd renewed at an undesirable rate and term, it took 3 phone calls to get the correct cd. For some reason, the bank didn't correctly complete the transaction the first 2 times. I just received an automated email from the bank which ignored the conversation I had with customer service and indicated everything was done correctly. Very frustrating to say the least. My wife asks why I continue to bank with Wells. Good question.

I wanted to wire some funds but they only have one banker on stuff and he is busy with whatever he is doing, you cannot make an appointment since they never answer the phone, and if you have a customer in front of you, forget it! you can wait there for a long time. So the teller instead of trying to help me, he told me to start driving around to other branches until I find a branch that can help me. Great service! I used to like this bank but no longer.
