Shortly after we arrived we were advised they could not accommodate us due to low staffing. Went to Wells Fargo in Carlsbad and, of course, received outstanding service…even without an appointment. Always an issue at this Wells Fargo (Vista Way). Experienced other poor customer service issues in the past at this particular branch.
