The branch manager, George Fang, spoke to me with a condescending and suspicious tone, repeatedly interrupting and refusing to explain policy respectfully. His demeanor felt intentionally dismissive and discriminatory — I left feeling deeply disrespected. It’s clear from other reviews that this isn’t an isolated incident. Wells Fargo needs to take accountability for the pattern of customer mistreatment at this branch.
