- NGNoe GuacamoleOct 3, 20252.0This place is so slow!! Every time I come here (usually Friday) there’s only one teller with a line of at least 10 people. Instead of paying people to give you performative service by asking you what you’re here for while you wait line only for them to tell you they can’t help you—maybe you can train them to open another window! What are those people doing walking around behind the counter? Aren’t supervisors supposed to be trained to do all the other employees’ jobs? Get it together!!

She did not greet me, she didn't look happy nor did she say bye or have a good day. Another worker who is Always pleasant Said " Have a Good day friend, see you next time " I forgot his name but I love his suits and attitude. He remembered me from Fruitvale branch. I know everyone has bad days but try not to bring it to work. The security guard who been there for years is great too
