- NGNoe GuacamoleOct 3, 20252.0This place is so slow!! Every time I come here (usually Friday) there’s only one teller with a line of at least 10 people. Instead of paying people to give you performative service by asking you what you’re here for while you wait line only for them to tell you they can’t help you—maybe you can train them to open another window! What are those people doing walking around behind the counter? Aren’t supervisors supposed to be trained to do all the other employees’ jobs? Get it together!!

The first time I was greated and was told to line up like everyone else, it was fine the line was not so long and i was not in a rush but maybe a few minute another person came in and the same person directed her to the merchat teller line. I was not happy at that but i was next in line so i brushed it off like 'it happens.' But today same guy greats me and i walk towards the merchang teller line with my money bag and i see one person being helped so I wait. Then the same guy walks over and say the merchant line is closed and I have to line up like everyone else again. Im confused whats the point of having service if they dont allow me any when i walk in. Is it because im asian? This is oakland i did not expect to be treated like that. In emeryville they dont do this you line in merchat teller and they give you priority
