    I have been a Wellsfargo account holder for 10+ years and this is my first time experiencing a complete failure on their end and not even receiving a call from anyone at this branch. I request currency for an upcoming trip 12/23-01/05. I am now clearly back. The currency was requested 12/18, I was told by the teller the currency would arrive 12/19 and they would call when ready to pick up. It is 430pm on 12/19 and no call. I walk into the branch and speak with a teller stating the currency has not been received. I requested to speak with a manager to then be directed to the “manager” who proceeds to tell me it should be here 12/22, I stated I wanted to cancel the transaction due to being given inaccurate information. He states he cannot cancel it until the currency arrives. I reiterated that if I had known the date I was told it would be available- which is also the date in the receipt, was inaccurate i would have never requested the currency since I am leaving in less than 5 days. He states that if the currency is not here Monday or anytime after the 23rd he would initiate the the full refund. At this point I had no other option so I thanked him. And left. 12/22 no call. 12/23 the day I am leaving and still no call. At this point I take the L and at least “knew” my money would be refunded. 1/5, I am back in the states. No refund. I called and disputed the transaction and am now told my transaction is cancelled and will be refunded in full. This branch and this manager completely dropped the ball and didn’t even send an email or give me a call to apologize. This review may not be seen by anyone who can do anything about it but for anyone who reads reviews this is for you. DO NOT REQUEST CURRENCY AT THIS BRANCH.

    Blatant disinformation from employees. A banker told me that Wells Fargo is unable to send international wires because of the government shutdown. I asked him to show me printed information about it and he couldn’t. This was the day after a national holiday when banks were closed, so I wonder if the banker mixed up that with government shutdown. So incompetent.

    to day i was at the branch to get a cash. i was waiting 20 minutes to get help. there was only one person in front of me at the line . after 20 minutes i was asked for cash and the teller said. you have to make appointment for next day. i told him i need $800 . and he said no . i am using this branch for seven years and i hadn't bad experience with others but this guy not professional and respect me. it's been for second time now
