- JPjessica powellJul 7, 20211.0On July 7 2021 I went to the wells favorites atm. The atm took my card so I entered the establishment to get assistance. First let me say everyone in there was Un happy and unwilling to help. There was a heavyset African American guy at the the counter. When I walked up to get help he instantly had an attitude telling me there is nothing he can do they do not service the atm and don’t have any information on how I could contact them regarding my card. I then asked to speak with a supervisor he stated he was the supervisor which he was not because when o asked him for his manager info he gave me a card for Jorge Morgan the d 1538704z I called him for help and he told me to get a new card from my bank. These are the most incompetent people I have come across. They let you know they are not there to help.
