He was rude and unsympathetican he never offered his condolences. He just said "you need to bring the death certificate" and walked away. This very BAD customer service

They declines and said they couldn't do it because I needed a bank account (Was using my dads, I've cashed my check here before using my dads account and it always worked out fine). They had to call the manager over and both of them were useless and denied me. Went to another bank (Chase), cashed it and everything went smoothly there. Love chase. This bank is useless.
