- MHMary HollowaySep 26, 20251.0Today is September 26th. I was in this bank to to report the death of my husband. The person I spoke to was a talk black man. He was rude and unsympathetican he never offered his condolences. He just said "you need to bring the death certificate" and walked away. This very BAD customer service
- JTJohnny TeodoAug 5, 20241.0Takes 1.5 hours to add a second person to my deposit box. They are completely incompetent and don't know what to do. Long waiting time! Second, very crucial - they closed the branch without any notice for 3+ days. I keep my passport in the deposit box, so if I had to take an international flight it would have been a disaster! I needed to use the safe box, I keep coming and calling around and nobody in Citi can tell me when the branch will reopen. Instead they should have sent a letter to all safe deposit box customers notifying them of the branch closure so people can plan accordingly.
