Wells Fargo said no way do you give them any statement. Wells Fargo is going to dispute the charges for me. What a relief. Thank you Wells Fargo.

That's okay I understand the rules, however they had me waiting for over an hour and during this hour I counted 3 employees sitting in their desk doing nothing, plus one walking back and forth with its tablet. I was not serverd and they just said that only if they have a cancellation they would see me. No one came in for service, the bank was empty I was the only one and still didn't get serviced. I just needed information that any of them could of provide within 2 minutes. I just left.
