I clearly ask the teller to please deposit that check in my husband and I savings account. Once I get home I clearly see the receipt and it's been deposit to a different account that I did not request. Called customer service and absolutely no help.!!! Comon Norwalk branch #00800 listen to the request of your customer's. You're here to serve us I simply ask for that request for a reason. Now I have to wait 1 entire week for a mistake that I did not commit to. Let's get it together guys! Thank you for time.

Why not be open to 6-8, 11-1 and 5-7? Make yourself available if you plan to be of service to your customers, but I guess that makes too much sense! 😏
