  I have been a long time customer of Citibank. There are some branches that are just ok. Some that are good and some that are outstanding! The Porter Ranch location is an outstanding branch! Each time I walk into the bank I am always greeted by someone with a smile, hello, how are you and how may we help you. Cindy Sanchez who is the Branch Manager goes above and beyond to make sure any questions or issues I may have are always resolved quickly. She has such a calming personality. Stephan Ajina, who is one of the Personal Bankers is very efficient, knowledgeable and kind. I feel confident doing business at this branch. Sometimes I have had issues with the Citi computer system from home but that is typically a system wide problem and not at the branch level. The tellers are always so nice and accommodating. I will continue to be a loyal Citibank customer for many more years to come. Parking is pretty easy since it's in a retail center.

  Este banco es igual o peor de malo que wells fargo, tienen el peor Servicio al cliente, imagínate, los mismos ejecutivos del banco desconoces como resolver problemas, empecé con uno de ellos, no supo o no pudo resolver mi problema, y este me envió con otro, este otro tampoco pudo y me refirió con otro mas, mismo que tampoco supo como resolver mi problema y este último me dijo. LO VOY A ENVIAR CON UN ESPECIALISTA QUE ESTE SI LE VA ARESOLVER SU PROBLEMA PORQUE ES UN ESPECIALISTA, con quien cren que me envio..... CON EL PRIMER BRUTO QUE HABLE, ahi me di cuenta que en este banco debes de ser un ignorante para trabajar ahí, busquen otro banco, este no sirve

  This bank is very anti customer service. Will not cash there checks unless you have an account. BS
