- MDMark DasingerNov 7, 20192.0Consistent issues ever since the buyout from Wilshire Bank. I keep them due to a lack of banking fees, but you definitely get what you pay for. Whether it's the ATM machines not returning your card, debit card printers pretty much being permanently out of order, holding regular paychecks for nearly an entire week, there is always SOME issue to keep me from getting my business done. On the plus side, the staff is very friendly and understanding, but good customer service only goes so far if I can't get basic banking done on a regular basis.
