I don't use Wells Fargo, I don't even live in California anymore. What do you want? Why are you spam calling me? And why don't you leave a voice mail if it's so important that you have to call me multiple times!

In the past, when I went to other branches, I was usually told that they were too busy and that I should make an appointment or open the account online. I explained that I was having trouble doing it online myself, but they just said they couldn’t help. But this time, everything was different. The team here — especially this gentleman (photo attached) — was incredibly kind and helpful. Even though I think he might be new to the job, he took the time to assist me with opening the account online. He was patient, professional, and had a very warm attitude. I really appreciate his help and I wish him all the best. With such a great approach to customers, I’m sure he will succeed! Thank you again!

I see lot of bad reviews about this brunch but I think they are referring for the time before she took over.
