- MKmarat KarapetyanDec 11, 20241.0Unacceptable Experience and Suspected Discrimination I attempted to open a business account at City National Bank, 4605 Lankershim Blvd, North Hollywood, despite having flawless personal and business credit, a well-established business, and a verified location. Caroline Khachatourian, Vice President, even conducted a site visit and discussed my plans. However, I was later informed by Lisa from the branch that my application was declined with no valid explanation. This decision appears in my opinion discriminatory, possibly based on my Armenian heritage. Discrimination based on national origin is illegal, and I intend to file formal complaints with relevant government agencies. Such practices are unacceptable in a professional setting. Hope somebody will read this review in upper management and contact me as soon as o possible.Thank you

With this lack of respect he just showed me, I won’t be banking here anymore after that little stunt. Making sure everybody else knows how this happened also
