Everyone I spoke with—including the small business manager—was professional, courteous, and helpful. However, I was disappointed to find out that the branch manager enforces a strict limit of only 4 boxes of pennies per week, even for business clients. While I respect that banks have policies, this limitation seems out of touch with the needs of legitimate coin-based businesses like mine. I was hoping to establish a relationship with Wells Fargo to help my business grow, but this policy makes it tough to justify moving forward. It’s unfortunate, because the customer service was otherwise excellent. I just wish there was a little more flexibility—or at least transparency—around what support small businesses can expect.

I was told it would be on hold for 7 days, which was ok with me, then later they left a voicemail on my work phone (not my cell !) that they made a mistake and deposited in my checking account. These are all nasty tricks to save money for the bank.
