  Not cashing checks for non members is a ridiculous way to run a bank

  First time I heard of something like this, I was trying to cash a check that was drawn on their bank. My bank said there was gonna be a 10 day hold on it for some reason which is strange to me since I cash the same checks every month, but I take it here cause I was in the area and they said they can't cash the check here only certain locations can cash checks to non members. I just found that very strange. It's a bank, it's their check, you walk in you would think that you would be able to cash it and conduct business. I'm also leaving this review as a warning to everybody else. Don't waste your time with the check here if you're not banking with them. Strange and dumb policy they have.

  I am disappointed with Citibank's handling of an issue I reported on 10/25/2024. Despite multiple follow-ups and reassurances from the branch manager/employee, the problem remains unresolved. I was assured that the matter would be taken care by and I would receive a phone call by higher authority in a week because she needs 1 week time to review the customer service recording. Unfortunately, Citibank has not kept their promise.

  Насколько я понимаю именно этот филиал (правда тогда Security Pacific Bank) стал "жертвой" банды Джорджа Смита 9 мая 1980 года. Известное дело - Norco Bank Robbery. Правда спустя годы перестрелка в Северном Голливуде затмила это ограбление и последующую погоню полиции за грабителями банка.

  VERONICA GONZALEZ.....IS ABUSIVE TO CUSTOMERS AND TOLD ME AS A NEW MEMBER TO "CITIBANK"....THAT IF I DIDN'T LIKE THE NEW RULES ....THAT I COULD EASILY CLOSE MY ACCOUNT.....JUST LIKE I OPENED IT VERY EASY......WOW WHAT KIND OF "A WANNA BE MANAGER".... WOULD TELL YOU SOMETHING LIKE THAT....🤬🤬🤬.....I EVEN CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WAS TOLD TO TELL HER THAT SHE NEEDS TO FIX IT.....THE GUY THAT HELPED ME ALOT WAS JHONNY THE CUSTOMER RELATIONS MNG...AND WHEN I LET VERONICA GONZALEZ KNOW THIS...... THAT'S WHEN SHE SAID .....THAT I COULD JUST CLOSE MY NEW ACCOUNT IF I DIDN'T LIKE IT.......IT THAT RUDE OR WHAT......IM GONNA TAKE HER ADVICE AND CLOSE MY ACCOUNT..... THANKS FOR TELLING ME WHAT I NEED TO DO VERONICA GONZALEZ.....GOODBYE CITIBANK
