When he does not know the answer, he does not give a generic response. He says “I do not know, I will research your options” He has a sharp mind, with a relaxed attitude. The bank tellers are great also, polite and efficient.

Just a heads-up for anyone visiting: parking near the bank has a ticket booth that charges per hour, but the first 30 minutes are completely free, which was perfect for my quick trip.
