  I have been to this branch 2 times and that was too many.I had an issue here that customer service got involved.The final letter had incorrect information and said sorry if it wasn't to my satisfaction. My satisfaction was pulling all the money out and going to BMO my previous bank.From all the bad reviews about this bank and the way people are treated is a factor on if you want to bank at this branch.One of the sentences in this letter stated "We based our lending decision on our credit policies and procedures, not on your personal characteristics".Well first of all I was trying to withdraw money out of my account.I wasn't trying to get a loan so what does this have to do with anything.And secondly if I told you they were rude both and that was response then you were covering for the employees and not addressing the situation.Read the reviews..........Bad Customer Service........ ..

  No assistace in accounts unless you make an appt. Then they are several days out with no appts available. They don't answer phones and do not offer to explain what steps you need to assist you.

  No customer service. If they are out a staff there is no business continuity. You will have to go somewhere else. They won't even find a way to help you. I understand for other institutions this would be the case, but you are a bank for crying out loud. Find a way to help your customers who trust you. Anyway, banking somewhere else. I was here to actually close the account but their banker called out sick so no one else could help.

  I went go first time by chance I sold my car and they give a wells forgo bank chik $ 3328, it’s tha bank hold $7.50. Tax are bank charge ask for 2 Id for confusion and give me $3220.50 , and the style of counting just like the expert in , play cards ,like that when I left and go to car and count the money $100 is missing then I go back when she saw me she confused and then she go and say to manger I m counting in my money after some time they give m my $100 .   Horrible bank services plus unprofessionalism and rudeness. On wednesday March the 16th, I visited the bank to deduct some money from my account, an amount under 3000, to what the cashier responded and I quote" I can not give you the full amount because I wont have enough for the rest of the customers ", COULD YOU BELIEVE THAT? and to what she added when she saw my angry face, "you can always go to another branch ", what the heck?, I thought!. I immediately asked to speak to the manager, Elfrid and Giselle, her assistant said that they were having technical issues. What kind of customer service is this? And what kind of business they do offer?, bank where you can not feel in total control of you money?. I left after making me to get the rest of my money from the ATM outside the bank, very unsatisfied, upset, and disbelieved of what just happened. It's worth to mention that this is not the first time I encountered issues with specifically this bank, so I decided to close my account and take my business someplace else. Is Wells Fargo having more trouble than we know?, will be worth to look into it before deciding to do business with them!!.
