  Absolutely HORRIBLE experience. I called the number for my local branch so I could make an appointment to empty my father's safe deposit box. Instead the Citi automated phone system bounced me around for 7 minutes before connecting me to a live human being...in their retirement account department!! She had absolutely no idea how to transfer me. She told me to call the (805) number that I originally called in the first place!

  I started to have my business account at this location 2012,but unfortunately because of very poor customer service and communication of one of the employees stopped going there since 2016); till I was lucky to know Chritie Bochat last year, she's always so helpful and respectful, very knowledgeable and professional! I'm so glad to know her at this branch, she has been helping me with my credit cards,personal loans and all other things, thanks again Christie for all your doing.,highly recommend her..

  Very bad experience, a man with blond hair is very rude, racist, arrogant, does not accept any supporting documents, even the branch staff communicate with him does not help with the account, super bad attitude, very bad

  terrible took 30 min to cash check .a manager approved check at that .ruined my day not very prompt.nice or not tellers and management should know process to speed up customers wait.overall its a bank i had a check in my name with there bank and should be that simple
