I might have underestimated what it takes to do a international wire transfer and feel like i over reacted in my previous review i gave. I think Andrew was super helpful today and took good care and updating my review to reflect that. Very Poor service and unfriendly staff. Always keeps you waiting. Never staffed enough people. I had to wire money out on urgent basis for a property to buy in india and close the deal. I reach the bank at 3:30 and I was happy to wait for a banker to help me. As soon i said i want to wire it seems from the staff ( I think i talked to Andrew) it felt he did not want to make the wire transfer and kept on giving reasons for me to come back at a later time, or try in another branch, try doing it online wire transfer, the amount is too big so it will take so much time. After everything, I agreed that I can come tomorrow and do wire transfer but next day also they didn't had any appointment available that would work for me. Only couple of early hours appointment. No flexibility in anyways. Never putting customer first or try to help customer with their problem. Very frustrating experience. If you are high networth or deal with transaction of bigger amounts of more than $100k avoid this bank at all cost. The customer service is very poor. The one lady i talked to was nice though and was trying to help but didn't seem rest of the staff was helpful

- JVJamie VanCampFeb 21, 20204.0Gave four stars due to a couple of the female tellers have a sort of "snobby" attitude about them, and aren't very friendly. Which is rare for Wells Fargo. I visit many different branches in different towns around the Bay Area weekly, and the tellers are always very friendly. Aside from them, everyone else is nice, and friendly. Especially Sergio who always has a smile on his face, has extremely great customer service, and helps customers really quick. He stands out at that branch as the best.
