  I just called to schedule an appointment to open an account lady said I'm sorry but you sound like A.I. who says that? I said that was rude she quickly apologized but it's too late I'll bank elsewhere how unprofessional

  I had an excellent experience at this branch thanks to the amazing staff Vicki and Grace. My transaction was not a typical one and requires professionalism and experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and friendly welcome. Grace and Vicki handled my transaction with efficiency. They were also very helpful, answering all of my questions. I truly appreciate their dedication to customer service. I will definitely be returning and recommending East West Bank to my friends.

  Update on July 11, Always friendly and helpful assistance, Vicki and Rebecca, thanks Guys! Just came back from EastWest Bank and solved all issues I need by the Vicki’s kindly assistance, truly appreciate it.

  This is actually one of the worst banks, no proper work ethics, very unprofessional and rude. If you try to speak to a worker about transactions they will cut you off and speak over you, further proving they have no knowledge on social cues. They will not let you get a word out without you having to be just as rude as them if you have any disagreements with the proof right in front of them. I have never met more uneducated bank representatives in my life.
