If you have this much procedures better have a written documents for all the requirements. However, they can't have it otherwise how they can be flexible for the potential customers they want to have!? It is a long story to tell but in essence they just wasted our time.

I Came in to cash my check and the staff accused me of having a fraudulent check, even after the fact that I brought my Manager with to confirm that this check was not fraud. It took a couple of days to receive any type of help until I met Kevin and he was able to resolve this in as matter of minutes. Thank You Kevin, this is why your the boss !!!!!!!!! Kevin is the only reason i'm staying with Citibank.
