- EJEsperanza JohnsonJun 24, 20251.0If it was up to me. It would be zero star. This bank is the worse bank ever I come to. I make deposits 2 times a week for work. It doesn’t matter what they it is. They would only have 2 tellers and the line would be outside the door. What makes it worse is you already waiting then one teller would have to go to the bank to do whatever while line is so long. Who ever the manager of this branch needs to either hire more people or she needs to jump in and help. I am so glad this is not my bank. I love banking with SDCCU and Navy Federal. You never have to stand in along line waiting on a 2 teller that would be chatting with clients while the line keeps getting longer. The Worse bank! I don’t know if it’s the location or what!
