- THthe harleymfNov 16, 20255.0Punctual, Friendly and Efficient I’ve had great service from everyone I’ve interacted with here, and they do not stint on their time. I would feel guilty for the amount of time Andrea spent helping me get things in order, but she has been so gracious that I don’t. Paulina always remembers my name and gives a friendly greeting and is also very helpful. When their staff notary couldn’t make it one day, Andrea arranged to have a notary from a sister bank meet us rather than rescheduling the meeting. That’s a step beyond, or several, more accurately. I might add that the notary, Penny, is from the same friendly, smart and efficient mold as everyone else at this location.
