- DGDr Kristen GilesNov 1, 20241.0My business has used Umpqua since it acquired the old Vintage Bank. In September they made huge errors with my night deposit (I didn't know). Three weeks later they tried to correct the problem over multiple days withdrawing a few thousand dollars from my account. I thought the account had been hacked! Manager said he'd look into it and I could call regional manager - I did 4x - nothing. And nothing from branch manager. Beyond Frustrated! Would take my business elsewhere but hard to do with the number of vendors in my business. Thanks you to my wonderful bookkeeper who was able to correct the errors!
