    This is a great bank I trust them far more than some of the “bigger banks” in the area. They have been my bank since I graduated high school. I’ve been a member for 7 years. I’ve never had any issues. They not only are efficient but are also very kind and serviceable.

    No one answers the phone when you call. I have a issue with my account, and I can't get a hold of anyone. Very frustrating, which is why I still have my main accounts with chase

    Let me start off by saying I’m 6 months pregnant and my doctor’s office is next to the bank my appointment was at 1:30 there was no parking in the lot of where my doctors office was so I parked at the bank. My appointment was over within 10 minutes walked back to my car to a huge orange sticker stuck and basically glued to my car saying I wasn’t allowed to park there. Long story short I went into the bank they said that the manager watched me park and walked to my doctors appointment and put the sticker on my car. The fact they saw I was pregnant and I wasn’t even gone more than 20 minutes and put a sticker on my car for towing and just was basically watching my car. And the worst part is the sticker is not coming off and the part that I did get off is taking off part of my tint on my car. I would like to tell the supervisor that put the sticker on my car “get a life” you saw I was pregnant wasn’t there more than 20 minutes and could of had my car towed while I’m pregnant and watched my car and touched my car basically says how miserable that supervisor is who name is Cassandra.
