- BHBarbara HavertapeMay 2, 20181.0I have been a member since 1993 and today was the worst experience I’ve ever had. First I walked in and the poor employees are getting lectured in front of the customers on how they need get their new accounts numbers up and such by a man I’m assuming was a manager. How rude of him to embarrass the employees in front of customers! Then I went to get my checks that were to be delivered to this branch but never came. So I asked if I could get some to hold me over until they did come which was the banks error not mine. They wanted to charge me. I explain that it wasn’t my error but theirs. The young man who was very kind went to asked his supervisor and she came out and continued to let me know they “Normally Charge but would make an exception this time”. She was not very nice nor did she even attempt to apologize for the error. Very upsetting especially when it was the banks error not mine. After all said and done I got my checks and at no charge. I will say this! If I was an employee there I would be looking for a new place to work. The upper management is rude to them as well as the customers. My whole time banking at Altura I have never experienced what I did today.
