  Wells Fargo is not a bank that worthy your trust. We all know the infamous "Wells Fargo cross-selling scandal" (google it). Recently I felt this by myself. I went to this branch to open a bank checking account for my child who was just 8 years old. The banker Scott told me clearly that there wouldn't be any account service fee for checking account for minor. But later on, the account got charged for $5 service fee monthly (unfortunately I only discovered it until the account was charged for 3 times). And when I went in to discuss this with Scott, he denied he told me it will be free of charge. And the Wells Fargo bank refused to refund 2 of those monthly charge. The funny thing is that I did not receive or was aware of any disclosure or documents about that service fee. I am extremely dissatisfied with how Wells Fargo handle my complain and my situation.

  Just needed to send in a fax to Wells Fargo credit card application department at a branch but was told this process requires a banker to add a WF fax cover. The funny thing is then, “they do not have a banker at this location!” So what kind of staff do they have exactly???

  Their "system" was down just when I needed a cashier's check for the car dealership. It remained down the next day in this branch but presumably up in others (how is it possible in a major bank?). Call ahead of time if you don't want to be in a similar situation. Or better yet, move your money to other bank.

  The bankers here are so friendly. I personally love coin roll hunting and they are happy to see me/help me whenever I come in .
