Then then won't tell you your payments didn't go threw even though the app says it did for the whole month. Next thing you know you are in collections with your first derogatory mark on your credit ever after 40 years of life. They also play the game of continually lowering your available credit which in turn makes it so you utilization is maxed out. Worst bank. Worst service. There is NOBODY TO TALK TO AND GET THE ISSUE RESOLVED! 10 phone calls and 10 hours on the phone. Next step is going to court over something so petty. Wild. DO NOT USE THERE CREDIT CARDS TO BUILD CREDIT. THEY WILL INTENTIONALLY RUIN YOUR CREDIT. TRUE STORY!
