- DDdoodle deeOct 17, 20251.0Rude. Unhelpful. Chase across the street is better. (I took my 20$ bill from the Citi ATM and asked for them to change it into 2 fives and 10 ones. They refused cash from their very machine for cash in smaller denomination bills.)
