- CCCrystalAug 20, 20255.0I have been banking with Banner for about 10 years now (give or take) and this branch is by far the best bank I have ever worked with! They are always there to help! We even call them instead of the 1800 number for help with certain questions and they are always ready and willing to help and not pass me off to the 800 number. I would like to give a HUGE shout out to Selena! She is my favorite person there! She is always so friendly, knowledgeable, and always wears such a kind smile! There have been times that I've thought about changing to a larger bank but Selena and the Mount Shasta branch are what keeps me banking with Banner!

They would have to unroll every roll count it. I asked if I could come back tomorrow and they said no we are not taking coin rolls at this time and you don't have an account here.They were very rude and uncaring. I don't recommend this bank to anyone. Very horrible customer service relations.
