  If I could give less than 1 star I would. This location has a problem with not checking their bills and releasing counterfeits to their customers. I recently received a counterfeit 100 dollar bill from this location and went directly to another bank to deposit it, only to have them scan it and find it was a fake. I went DIRECTLY from Wells Fargo to another bank right across the street. No other stops. Wells Fargo refused to reimburse me the $100 and even went as far as to claim the other bank may have not known what they were doing. I stood there and watched the clerk at Wells Fargo pull the bills from a drawer without checking them before she handed them to me. I also watched the bankers at Pacific Premier bank run the bill through multiple tests to ensure it was a fake. Wells Fargo needs to do better at this location. I'm not a big shot and they really dont care if I close my account because of this or not. I've banked with them for 16 years and when they mess up they tell you "sorry, no sorry". My only recourse at this point is to just write this really negative review because I'm still out $100. I highly recommend NOT banking at this location. Wells Fargo has always been good to me at every other location that is a real bank, not some half bank in a grocery store that doesn't check their bills. Thanks for stealing $100 from me Wells Fargo. It was for rent and I still owe that money to my landlord. **I want to edit this review by saying I reached out to the email the owner of the bank (jules) mentioned in their comment and I received my $100 back. Thank you for being on this for me. I appreciate it.

  Terrible branch. Never go here, go to the SLO establishment instead. I have been with Wells Fargo for more then 12 years now and have never had a good experience with this branch. Other locations have been phenomenal at helping and taking care of my banking needs, this one not at all. From being . staff As well menger is ruth that can actually help you with your banking needs, keep in mind. A bank that cannot help you with banking. I have joint A/C my wife just do the diposit check AAA auto club rfund check. bank can not exept becose i not bring my wife.? and i withdrawal some amount bank staff count on machin giveme wrong $ amunt and i ask staff check agin and wose wrong but not apologe or not say any word to sorry or mistake . ,

  With all the ease of use technology available today including ATMs, apps and websites I really don't have to go to my bank as much as I used to unless I'm having problems. Every time I have do have to do in person banking they are very helpful, professional and knowledgeable and if I'm having issues they help me resolve it. The manager and his team are great.

  Open the branch, what is wrong with you people. How can you keep it closed since March. Every other bank in their mom has opened up but y’all can’t? I know your saving a lot of money not opening. I’m moving all my accounts including business account from your company, your scam you ran last time should have been enough for me to leave but this is last straw. Moving my business to American Rivera Bank
