- HRHeather RogersSep 20, 20252.0I wouldn’t pick this bank to go to in the future (Morgan Hill). I have been with Wellsfargo since I was 16 years old (about 16 years). I scheduled an appointment with a banker (Cristina) she called me ahead of time to ask questions about the business I created. After answering a few questions, she decided I needed to speak with the “business specialist” (Anthony). I spoke with the “business specialist”. All was well, he scheduled to see me on 9/20 at 9am. I get ready. Bring my baby, paperwork, etc because I’m anticipating everything should be fine for my scheduled appointment. Wrong. The “business specialist” isn’t even there. Staff is scrambling to figure out what I need and why I need a business account. I show my paperwork, everything that I have from my attorney. Staff said “I’m going to have to call the business hotline”. All bullshit. I walked out. Why make appointments with customers if you aren’t even going to show up? I even wanted to exchange some rolled coins for bills. The gentleman pushed me off to another employee so he could say Hi to his friends. Poor service all around. I am going to find a different bank to open a business account with. Super disappointed since I usually rant and rave about how great wells is, but obviously I’m wrong based on this location and the staff.

Upon arrival, they had no record of my appointment. A banker promised to investigate and call me back, but I never received a response. After a week, I called again, only to be told they were now out of safe deposit boxes. While the staff was friendly, the lack of follow-through and organizational issues resulted in very poor customer service. I cannot recommend this branch.
