- SRSylar RiegelDec 20, 20251.0Went in person after I discovered fraud in my card. No notification, no alert for a huge amount stolen from my account!! Went in person to try get resovled. Fraud was still pending from a transaction that happened the day prior, the fraud even shows the pruchase from another state. Clearly not me!! All the lady did was issue me a new atm card told me they couldn't do anything about the fraud due to "pending". Saying I had to wait for it to "drop off" or "go through" before I could dispute it. Their FAILURE to act/help has resulted in the loss of my money I needed for bills. The fraud transaction ended up going through removing the funds from my account. I filed a dispute and was notified it may or may not be resolved by March!!! What the actual heck!! How does that help pay things now when my money is gone. With no thanks to them!!!!
