Again clearly explaining my options and giving me time to think them through. She is very efficient and clearly an expert in her job. When a technical issue arose she was able to quickly explain and resolve it I always appreciate the service I receive in this Branch

Not friendly at all very dry cold facial expression looked like he hated his job. I am not even giving this bank 1 star. I work with customers so I know how clients should be greeted and I have worked in this field for over 18 years. I was going to ask to speak to the manager but to my surprise the person who helped us was the manager named Tony. He was very short with his replies horrible customer service yet the rest of the staff there seem way more friendly and nice they should train him better yet one of them should be manager not him avoid going to this bank of make a drive to a different one . I had to give 1 star to be able to post but based on him I give this place 0 stars
