    I needed to close and retitle my account and I cannot say enough good things about my banker, Prashid. I am not the most financially literate, and he explained everything very slowly with details in a way that I could understand. Usually, when going into banks, I am very skeptical and always move forward with caution, but I felt super comfortable with him and will continue my journey with Wells Fargo just because of my experience.

    Y'all have the whole corral full of people in line and one teller. This is why I no longer bank with Wells Fargo

    We tried to cash travelers cheques at several banks during our holiday in America only to be refused as we weren't account holders. Wells Fargo in Monterey came to the rescue to the cash strapped tourist! No problem for them at all. Thank you Wells Fargo 😊😊😊

    My account became overdrawn on 5/18 for $160.00 (o.k my mistake) I went to deposit money the very next morning and my ATM card did not work. So I went in the office only to find the revoked my card. The teller was quite surprised because I haven't been overdrawn in the past. She had to cut up my card and request a new one. I'm am heading out of town with no ATM check card because of this crazy policy. The teller informed my that there are so many people overdrawn because of the economy that they have started this new policy.Could they just have put a hold on the card. But to cut it up so I have to wait 7-10 days for anew one is just WRONG. Folks I would have to say the hand writing is on the WALL. Wells Fargo has got to be in Trouble like the others or why would they do this to good customers. Do not walk but run to withdraw your money. Ive been a customer since 1981 so sad to see a company that has been around for so long go under.
