The personal banker I was assigned to, Leo, was especially helpful for a first time bank customer like me. She walked me through with everything I needed to know and provided me extra information for my personal banking needs. The manager, Rita, was welcoming as well and was eager to talk to me as soon as I stepped into the building. Kudos to them!
