- CRChris RobertsDec 20, 20251.0This Wells Fargo branch states they open at 9 am. I arrived early and waited in line outside to be let in. A lady comes out and says we are opening at 9:15 am today. Terrible customer service and there were like over 30 PEOPLE waiting outside in the cold waiting 15 minutes longer than they should be.

- CJcamelle johnsonSep 26, 20251.0I had a terrible experience at this branch. I signed in to speak with a banker and stood waiting, expecting someone to acknowledge me. After realizing no one was going to, I sat down and waited quietly. I had already been there 10 to 15 minutes when another customer walked in and was greeted right away by Ashley, while I was still ignored. Eventually another banker noticed me and helped, which I appreciated, but the lack of acknowledgment from Ashley made me feel like my time and business didn’t matter. Even if the branch is busy, a simple hello goes a long way. By the time Ashley finally came over, it felt too late. I had planned to discuss refinancing my loan, but after this experience I just wanted to finish what I needed and leave. It left a very bad impression and made me feel extremely unwelcome.
