- MAM AguilarSep 22, 20251.0Absolute worst bank ever! After 10 years with WF finally closed my account because they do nothing to protect their customer and everything to enable scammers! I had an account take over. Went to branch they tell me to call 800 #, customer service tells me to go to branch. They send the customer back and forth. Went back to this branch, they told me they couldn’t help me and that I had to make an appt. I made an appt, WF cancelled it. Went into the bank 3RD time, Thanks to Gurpreet who finally stepped in to help after her lazy clerk told me she didn’t have time to help me. This entire bank is full of rude, lazy, unhelpful clerks. Shout out to Gurpreet and Karen for showing good customer service and at least trying to help and being nice. Gurpreet thank you for deescalating the situation and actually helping you really show the attitude to be an actual branch manager. Karen, thank you for being sweet and understanding. Hope you both get the promotion and raises you deserve because everyone else there is unprofessional (rolling eyes, attitude, and huffing under their breath to really make sure you know you’re bothering them ) and useless. Anyway glad I FINALLY left this bank. I have 4 other bank la NEVER have had account taken over at the others . ALWAYS only WF . They always promise they’re going to flag account, etc never do. You’re left in a loophole of hours on phone and multiple visits to branch with all of them giving you run around. RUN from this bank !
