  Today around 12 noon, I visited the Wells Fargo branch on La Paz Road, Mission Viejo, to open a new savings account. From the moment I entered, the atmosphere was welcoming. The teller, Sarah, greeted me with a warm smile and was very professional and eager to assist. Since I needed help opening an account, she quickly found an available banker and personally escorted me to Hayden Johnson. Hayden was exceptionally professional, courteous, and accommodating. He introduced himself, guided me through the entire process with patience and clarity, and made sure I understood every step. My experience was smooth and comfortable from start to finish. After completing the setup and signing the documents for my new savings account, Hayden even walked me back to Sarah for proper endorsement—such a thoughtful and professional gesture. Later, when I returned to Hayden’s desk with another request, he immediately assisted me without hesitation. What impressed me most was his honesty and dedication—Sarah and Hayden both noticed that a lady in front of me had accidentally left her keys on the table. Hayden politely excused himself and ran outside to return the keys to her. That simple act showed his genuine care, integrity, and passion for his work. Both Sarah and Hayden went above and beyond to deliver excellent customer service. Their teamwork, professionalism, and positive attitude truly reflect the mission and values of Wells Fargo. I’ve been to other branches like Rockfield Blvd (Lake Forest) and Vista Del Lago (Mission Viejo), but the service at La Paz Road Branch truly stands out—it’s a place where people genuinely care. Thank you, Hayden and Sarah, for your outstanding service and for making every customer feel valued and respected! 👏👏

  My husband took my son to this bank to cash a wells Fargo issued check today. This is my son first job. He had his national ID, ss card, school ID and proof of address. All which matched the check. Teller today refused to cash the check and said a National ID and school ID weren't enough proof of who he was. Went to another Wells Fargo and cashed no issues. We dont want to bank with Wells Fargo. My son left the bank crying. Be assured we will never do business with Wells Fargo but we can continue to cash WF issued checks. Lady was rude and needs customer service skills. You don't talk to a customer like that let alone my son.
