I ordered early in the week and was told to come back the following day, I came 2 days later due to work and my order was not ready and was told to come back again. I ordered my euros early in the week since I was traveling on the weekend. I was told they'll refund me if they can not fulfil my order by the weekend. my point is If they can not guarantee my order they should have not taken it so I could have shopped around different banks.
