- JAJose RIOS ARCE4 days ago5.0I like to take the time to recognize Tamara Ezmat. Every single time I have been there she receives me with a big smile and great positive attitude. There has been times where I have asked other personnel at the bank same questions(simple questions) and they can't seem to Know how to helpe me, but if I go to Tamara she always finds a way to get answers for me in a great manner. She always goes above and beyond. She always treats me with respect and she is super polite. Who ever goes to this bank and needs help, please reach out to her. Something that OC Credit union should consider, I will highly recommend Tamara gets promoted. Tamara should be the Branch Manager at Mission viejo. Thank you very much.
