There is a new manager that took over for Tom and she is beyond rude, passive aggressive and this branch has always been so understaffed that they try their best to manage everything. I’ve noticed since she has been here the staff has been extremely understaffed and I’m sure because of how rude she is. I noticed the way she talks to her employees and to customers. Her response is passive aggressive, and not willing to work with customers. I went in there to make deposits and not only was she rude to me about my large amount deposit but was beyond disrespectful to the teller about being efficient when they are always understaffed. This management will be the end of this business… I have been coming her for the past 10 years and have seen the management change and genuinely she’s disgustingly rude and nasty.. from now on I rather travel 15 minutes farther to a different branch then ever coming back to this location again.
