  The staff attitude at this branch is very bad, especially from employee Diana Siu. We went in with a simple question and she told us to make an appointment online, with no willingness to offer any basic help on the spot. We followed the instructions, went home, booked the appointment, and returned at the scheduled time. Unfortunately, our appointment was again with Diana. After the receptionist informed her we had arrived, we could clearly see her through the glass not helping any customers and still not coming out. We waited while she sat there, ignoring us, which felt extremely disrespectful. When she finally came out, the bad attitude continued. She looked impatient and uninterested, and after we sat, she started typing on her keyboard for at least five minutes, an unnecessarily long amount of time just to pull up our account. It felt like she was writing email or something and wasting our time. Throughout the interaction, her tone was dismissive and unprofessional. She made no effort to explain anything clearly, and we ultimately left with our issue unsolved. I noticed a one-star review from three years ago describing this same Diana Siu, pointing out her bad attitude and how she refused to “accept” required documents. I can’t agree with that reviewer more. It seems this has been her “tactic” for years, and it is deeply disappointing that nothing has changed. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable for a customer-facing role and has seriously damaged our trust in this branch. I hope the management will address the issue and improve customer service at this location.
