- YWYoung WorldDec 17, 20241.0I deposited a check at the ATM machine at the Citi Bank in Millbrae on December 5th. But the ATM was out of order. The check was saved but I didn't see any record in my personal account. No one ever contacted me. I am very dissatisfied with their service. I called many times but no one ever solved my problem. I am very disappointed and annoyed.

It took an hour until someone pickup the phone. Complaint to the Branch Manager and he said it was because they are lack of staff on duty...... the service has dropped these days in Citi, I am closing all my account there very soon and move to other customer friendlier institute.
