- MNMonique NietoDec 24, 20251.0Went in during the holidays (already expecting a long line). No problem when there was a wait. When I finally got up to the line ( only one person working the front), they could mainly do my withdrawal in 20s on my 5k, which unfortunely took a tad longer, no fault of my own. Someone else working there, came next to me, announcing aloud and apologizing to the rest of the guest “so sorry for the long wait”. As though it was my fault, I’m holding up the line? I didn’t receive this customer service as I was waiting in line,(given my name). A word of advise, please tell the next guest that as they come to your desk, after I leave, about the apologies on the long wait. Or go up to each guest individually.
